The article employs a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative analysis of performance metrics from 150 retail organizations with qualitative assessments of implementation strategies and challenges. Findings indicate that retailers adopting cloud technologies demonstrate a 35% improvement in supply chain efficiency, a 42% reduction in IT infrastructure costs, and a 28% increase in customer satisfaction scores. However, the article also reveals significant challenges in data security, system integration, and organizational change management.
