The rapid convergence of cloud computing and artificial intelligence (AI) has catalyzed transformative changes in digital enterprise systems, redefining business models and operational frameworks. These technologies enhance scalability, intelligence, and agility, enabling enterprises to respond dynamically to market demands. This paper examines the paradigms emerging from this convergence, supported by insights literature. Key findings highlight the synergistic role of AI in optimizing cloud infrastructure, while the cloud enables scalable AI deployment. This convergence fosters innovation in data analytics, process automation, and decision-making capabilities. The review also identifies challenges and future directions for integrating these transformative technologies.
